By offering holistic person-centred care, we are able to provide high-quality care for adults with learning and physical disability.

Every one of our homes has a dedicated manager to plan regular events and entertainments. Examples of activities can include physical light exercises, reminiscence style activities, sensory musical performances or cognitive activities like gardening and baking. Trips out are also organised for residents as and when required.

We have an open-door policy and management in the building 7 days a week. Senior staff are happy to discuss any care issues at any time. The care staff will always contact next of kin to inform them of any important information regarding their loved ones.

A care pathway is a structured plan for organizing care for a group of patients over a set period of time. Our care services provide a combination of residential, supportive living, day care, respite care, domiciliary care, outreach services and evening and weekend sitting services.

All members of our care teams are given the training and support needed to help them provide the highest standards of care.
